Mr. Driscoll moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by inserting after the word "department" the following:- "provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the Blue Hills Trailside Museum in the town of Milton;" and by striking out the figure "$7,235,707" and inserting in place thereof the following:- "$7,735,707"
