Mr. O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-1091, by adding the following words:- “provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts Marine Trades Association for workforce development training opportunities and technical education in secondary and post-secondary schools for careers in the marine trades"; and by striking out the figure "$8,898,244” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$9,048,244”.
