Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the YMCA of Greater Westfield in the city of Westfield for capital improvements and operational costs at Camp Shepard.”; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: - “$200,000”.
