DeeDee's Cry

Ms. Miranda moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to DeeDee’s Cry to support suicide prevention, mental health education, grief and loss support services, and culturally responsive community programming for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color communities impacted by suicide and mental health challenges”; and in said item by striking out the figures “XXX” and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$200,000”.
