Ms. Miranda moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words: -"; provided further, that not less than $60,000 shall be expended for Equitable Opportunities Now to provide programs, services and technical assistance to support equitable economic opportunities in the cannabis industry for people from communities harmed by the war on drugs”; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$160,000".
