Georgetowne Tenants Legal Defense Fund

Mr. Rush and Ms. Edwards moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0107, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Boston Affordable Housing Coalition, Inc., doing business as the Mass Alliance of HUD Tenants, for the establishment of a tenancy preservation fund for the tenants of the Georgetowne Homes in the city of Boston"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$200,000".
