Georgetowne Tenants Legal Defense Fund

Mr. Rush moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0107, by adding the following words:- ";provided further that no less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Mass Alliance of HUD Tenants for the establishment of a tenancy preservation fund for the tenants of the Georgetowne Homes in the city of Boston." and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-"$200,000".
