Mr. Payano moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 7002-0040 the following item:-

“xxxx-xxxx For technical assistance to municipalities to promote compact, walkable downtowns that have a vibrant mix of commercial and residential uses, cultural and recreational amenities and access to public transportation…..$600,000”.
