HomeBASE Residency Requirement

Mr. Fattman moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section X the following section:-

"SECTION X. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities shall verify the United States citizenship of each applicant prior to the award or disbursement of any HomeBASE benefit and shall not approve or disburse HomeBASE funds to any applicant who fails to provide satisfactory evidence of United States citizenship".
