Ms. Kennedy moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to African Community Education Program, Inc for renovations of their current facility and creation of a new student/community gathering room"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$150,000.
