Mr. DiDomenico moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by adding after the word "program" the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Association of Community Development Corporations, Inc. to offer organizational capacity building, staff training, technical assistance, and other supports to certified community development corporations and other community development non-profits as they work to expand affordable housing and economic opportunity"; and by striking the figure "5,663,815" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "5,863,815".
