Toxic Use Reduction Institute

Ms. Howard moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0040, by adding the following words after the word "grants." :- "Provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for a competitive grant program administered by the Toxics Use Reduction Institute to strengthen the competitiveness of Massachusetts small businesses through safer chemical innovation" and by striking the figure "$4,950,000" and replacing it with the figure, "$5,050,000."
