Mr. Payano moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0107, "; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Centro De Apoyo Familiar for the purpose of building affordable housing in the city of Haverhill" and by striking out the figure “$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$125,000".
