Mr. Payano moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, "; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Lawrence History Center for their Archival Access, Safety and Preservation Infrastructure project" and by striking out the figure “$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$125,000".
