Revenue Proposal Analyses

Mr. Eldridge moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- "; provided, further, that not less than $90,000 shall be made available to Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center, Inc. to support its analytic capacity, including, but not limited to, producing revenue estimates for revenue proposals"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$190,000".
