Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- “, provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Ferst, Albert and Ameilia Operating Foundation in the city of Westfield for capital improvements and operations at the Amelia Park Arena.”; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: - “$150,000”.
