Bay State Banner

Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Bay State Banner to support reporting on the political, economic, social and cultural issues that are of interest to African American and English speaking Latinos in Boston"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$200,000".
