Caribbean Integration Community Development

Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for Caribbean Integration Community Development, Inc. for technical assistance opportunities for minority and immigrant communities across the commonwealth to increase access to affordable financing for small businesses"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$250,000".
