Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Irish Cultural Center, Inc. of Western New England in the city known as the town of West Springfield for building improvements and operational costs to promote tourism in the western region of the commonwealth”; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$150,000”.
