Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Boston Caribbean American Association to foster community empowerment and to improve the quality of life for the City of Boston"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$150,000".
