Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 0335-0001, by adding the following words:- "; provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the operations of a new courthouse for the South Boston division of the Boston Municipal Court"; and by striking out the figure “$16,814,451” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$16,914,451”.
