Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the South Boston Allied War Veterans Council for the planning and operational costs associated with Evacuation Day in Boston and the Evacuation Day and St. Patrick's Day Parade"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$200,000".
