Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Sickle Cell Association to support advocacy, family support services, awareness campaigns, and staff expansion to improve the quality of life for individuals living with sickle cell disease across the Commonwealth."
