Messrs. Collins and Mark, Ms. Howard, Mr. Gómez, Ms. Rausch and Messrs. Eldridge and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7000-9401, by striking out the figure "$19,380,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$19,570,000".
