Public Retirees Earning Adjustment

Messrs. Moore and O'Connor, Ms. Lovely and Mr. Montigny moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 17 the following sections:-

“SECTION 17A. Section 91 of said chapter 32, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 101, the figure “$15,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $25,000.

SECTION 17B. Section 91A of said chapter 32, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 27, the figure “$15,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $25,000.”.
