Mr. Eldridge moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by striking out the figure "$3,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$4,000,000"; and by striking out the figure "$10,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$11,000,000".
