Messrs. DiDomenico, Keenan, Eldridge, Fernandes and Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by striking the figure:- “35” in section 52, in line 869 and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “33”; and by striking out the figure “3” in line 878 and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “5”.
