Messrs. Velis and O'Connor and Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for Vietnam Veterans of America in Massachusetts to aid veterans filing claims for medical and financial benefits”; and by striking out the figure "$9,482,239" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$9,557,239".
