Merrimack River Protection and Restoration

Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2200-0100, by inserting the following words:- "; provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the Merrimack River Watershed Council, Inc. for a regional approach to reducing combined sewer overflows and non-point source pollution in the Merrimack River"; and by striking the figure "$50,371,172 " and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$50,571,172".
