Merrimack River Protection and Restoration

Messrs. Tarr and Payano, Ms. Howard and Messrs. Finegold, Eldridge and Brady moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2200-0100, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the Merrimack River Watershed Council, Inc. for a regional approach to reducing combined sewer overflows and non-point source pollution in the Merrimack river"; and by striking out the figure "$50,371,172 " and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$50,571,172".
