Mr. Barrett moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to enter into an agreement with OARS, Inc. to operate a water quality monitoring program in the Sudbury, Assabet and Concord rivers”; and by striking out the figure “$19,749,035” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$19,779,035".
