Addressing Facility Requirements for Unoccupied Utility Structures

Mr. Cronin moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section ___ the following section: -

"SECTION ___. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, unoccupied water, wastewater, electric, and transportation-related structures, including but not limited to pumping, equipment, sub-stations, and similar facilities, shall be exempt from 248 CMR 10.10(15)(c)(19)."
