Southcoast Shellfishing Support

Mr. Montigny moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2330-0100, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $195,000 shall be expended for water testing capacity improvements at the division including, but not limited to, personnel and supplies, in support of the shellfish and aquaculture industries in the Southcoast region"; and by striking out the figure "$9,514,242" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $9,709,242.
