Delaying Net Zero to 2060

Mr. Fattman moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section X the following section:-

"SECTION X. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, including but not limited to chapter 21N of the General Laws and chapter 8 of the acts of 2021, any final statewide or sector-specific net zero greenhouse gas emissions limit, benchmark, or reduction requirement established therein shall be a 2060 limit."
