Water Emergency Disaster Support

Mr. Driscoll moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting the following item:

“1100-xxxx for grants administered by the secretary to support municipalities with mitigation and response costs associated with declared water emergencies in 2025 and 2026; provided that the comptroller shall the transfer the funds for this item from the Disaster Relief and Resilience Fund established pursuant to section 2HHHHHH of chapter 29……….$5,000,000”.
