Infant Care Necessities

Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0100, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- "; provided further that the Department of Public Health shall make a request for approval from the United States Department of Agriculture for the expenditure of benefits on diapers for children and infants under the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)".
