Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following section:-

"SECTION _. Section 12 of Chapter 176J, as appearing, is hereby amended by striking in line 32 the figure '6' and inserting in place thereof the following:- '10'; and

By striking in line 35 the figure, '6' and inserting in place thereof the following:- '10'."
