Mr. Driscoll moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 60 the following section:-

"SECTION X. Subsection (d) of section 112 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2025 is hereby amended by striking out the figure '2026' and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- '2027'."
