Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $4,000,000 shall be expended to implement the long-term recovery model recommendations of the South End, Roxbury, Newmarket Working Group on Addiction and Recovery to address public safety and public health concerns at the Massachusetts Avenue and Melnea Cass Boulevard intersection and the surrounding impact areas in in the City of Boston"; and by striking out the figure "$192,031,129" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "196,031,129".
