Mr. Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Latin American Health Alliance of Central Massachusetts, Inc. for capital expenses”; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$125,000”.
