Mr. Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Latin American Health Alliance of Central Massachusetts, Inc. for capital expenses to support substance use recovery programming for communities disproportionately affected by health disparities in central Massachusetts”; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$125,000”.
