North shore emergency preparedness

Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by adding the following words:-"; provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the metropolitan area planning council for the costs associated with the planning and coordination of a regional approach to municipal emergency services in Essex County"; and by striking out the figure, "$6,852,912" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-"$6,892,912"
