Midwives Reimbursement Correction

Mr. Crighton moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section X the following sections:-

SECTION X. Section 10A of chapter 118E of the General Laws, as so appearing, as amended by Chapter 186 of the Acts of 2024, is hereby amended in paragraph two by inserting after the words, “the division” the following words:- “and its contracted health insurers, health plans, health maintenance organizations, behavioral health management firms and third-party administrators under contract to a Medicaid managed care organization, accountable care organization or primary care clinician plan".

SECTION X.
