Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4590-1507, by striking out the figure “$2,200,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$3,000,000”; and in by striking out the figure "$7,200,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$8,000,000”.
