Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 5042-5000, by inserting after the words “existing capacity” the following words:- “provided further, that not less than $500,000 of that amount shall be expended to the Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Program to develop and implement behavioral health consultation services that are accessible to school personnel and students in kindergarten to grade 12”; and by striking out the figure “$3,875,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$4,375,000”.
