988 Counselor Training

Mr. Cyr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4513-1026, by adding the following words:- “; provided, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the Trevor Project to develop and conduct crisis competency training for 988 Lifeline counselors and staff to support LGBTQ+ youth”; and by striking the figure “$14,393,198” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$14,643,198”.
