Mr. Cronin moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0500, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, the executive office shall not implement policies for acute hospitals in rate years 2026 and 2027 that reduce reimbursement for hospital telehealth visits or introduce new types of post-hospitalization retrospective reviews that had not been in effect as of January 1, 2026".
