Prevent Housing Discrimination

Messrs. Eldridge, Oliveira and Gómez, Ms. Rausch, Ms. Miranda, Ms. Edwards, Messrs. Fernandes, Payano and Cyr, Ms. Lovely and Mr. Montigny moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for Massachusetts Fair Housing Center, Inc. to protect residents of the commonwealth from housing discrimination”; and by striking out the figure "$21,785,301" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$21,985,301".
