Tobacco Cessation and Prevention Program

Mr. Keenan moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4513-1112, by striking out the words "the Massachusetts Tobacco Cessation and Prevention Program"; and by inserting, after the words "and programs", the following words:- "; provided, that not less than $6,752,977 shall be expended for smoking prevention and cessation programs, including youth tobacco use prevention and cessation programs at the Massachusetts Tobacco Cessation and Prevention Program".
