Alzheimer's Public Awareness and Education Campaign

Mr. Gómez moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4513-1112, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for a grant to a statewide Alzheimer’s disease advocacy and education organization for a public awareness and education campaign as recommended by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention”; and by striking the figure “$12,295,532” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$12,545,532".
