GLP-1 Coverage

Messrs. Gómez, Collins and Mark, Ms. Miranda, Messrs. Keenan and Eldridge, Ms. Edwards, Messrs. Moore and Brady, Ms. Howard and Mr. O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1108-5200, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that the commission shall maintain GLP-1 coverage for obesity”; and in said section 2, in item 4000-0300 by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that the department shall maintain GLP-1 coverage for obesity".
