GLP-1 Coverage

Mr. Gómez moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1108-5200, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that the commission shall maintain GLP-1 coverage for obesity”; and in said section 2, in item 4000-0300 by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that the department shall maintain GLP-1 coverage for obesity".
