Mr. Mark moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Brien Center in the city of Pittsfield for the purpose of supporting recruitment and retaining of behavioral health professionals"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$200,000”.
