Ms. Creem moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 5046-0000, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for the International Institute of New England, Inc. for culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health services”; and by striking out the figure “$694,776,424” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$695,076,424”.
